Submit Your Property Tour

Give your listing a bigger stage with repeated television exposure, online streaming, and video-on-demand visibility.

1. Review the agreement

Read the complete broadcast services, fees, client responsibilities, and acceptance terms below.

2. Complete the signup

Enter the listing agent, brokerage, property, tour-link, and invoice information in the online form.

3. Receive the payment link

After the agreement is submitted, ASN will send the Client a secure invoice-payment link. Payment constitutes electronic acceptance and starts production and scheduling.

Participating Networks & Channels

Beautiful Homes Network, America's Top Real Estate Agents, Log & Timber Homes Channel, Tiny Homes, Small Spaces Channel, Horse, Ranch & Land Channel, Million $ Digs Luxury Real Estate Channel, and the 55 Plus Active Adult Lifestyle Channels are divisions of American Streaming Networks, LLC.

This Property Tour Broadcast Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between American Streaming Networks, LLC (“ASN”) and the participating real estate professional or property representative identified in the online signup form (“Client”). Client agrees to participate in the Great American Horse Property Event, a national streaming television showcase featuring horse properties, ranches, farms, land, and country estates for sale across America. The event begins August 1, 2026, and continues for 60 days.

ASN Agrees To

  • Broadcast the Client's property tour multiple times daily during the 60-day event.
  • Distribute the program through Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, and internet streaming platforms.
  • Place the property tour on ASN's Video on Demand platform.
  • Use appropriate keywords and key phrases to help promote the event and featured property tours.
  • Add the Client's branding to an unbranded property tour at no additional charge.
  • Make the program available online at BeautifulHomesTV.com on Channel 3.

Broadcast dates and times are determined by ASN and may be viewed through the Roku TV Guide. ASN may adjust the schedule when necessary for programming or technical reasons.

The Client Agrees To

  • Provide ASN with a working link to the property tour or the necessary elements to create the property tour.
  • Ensure that all submitted information and advertising comply with applicable real estate, fair housing, brokerage, and advertising requirements.

Fees

  • $300 total participation fee for 60 days of national television exposure.
  • Additional $95 if ASN creates a property tour using its tour-production software because the Client does not have a completed video tour.

Production and broadcast services will begin once the invoice is paid.

Advertising Results

ASN will provide the promotional and broadcast services described in this Agreement. However, ASN does not guarantee a specific number of viewers, inquiries, offers, showings, or sales. Any audience or viewership figures used in promotional materials are estimates and are not guaranteed results for an individual property.

Acceptance & Payment

By clicking the “Pay Online” link and submitting payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Online payment constitutes the Client's electronic acceptance of this Agreement and has the same effect as a written signature.

Acceptance & payment

Secure Payment Link

After the completed agreement is submitted, ASN will send the Client the secure online invoice-payment link. Submitting payment confirms that the Client has read, understood, and accepted all terms of the Property Tour Broadcast Agreement.
